osapiens, an AI platform for compliance and supplier intelligence, announced a strategic alliance with global sustainability consultancy ERM to provide a joint offering to North American customers, pairing ERM's sustainability advisory expertise with the osapiens HUB platform. The announcement was made during New York Climate Week, where osapiens participated in a series of events including the Concordia Annual Summit, Goals House, and a signature session at BlackRock's New York headquarters.
Under the partnership, ERM and osapiens will jointly support implementation and customer success for osapiens' enterprise customers across North America. osapiens Co-CEO Matthias Jungblut said "pairing that credibility with the osapiens HUB means every customer we bring into North America gets more than software - they get a partner who already understands the ground they're standing on." ERM Interim CEO Sabine Hoefnagel said the combination would help clients "turn complex supply chain data into informed business decisions, operational improvements and measurable business value."

The week builds on osapiens' North American expansion following its recent acquisition of Nasdaq Metrio, with the company now serving more than 2,500 customers across over 60 countries. At Sustainability LIVE, osapiens Chief Revenue Officer Stephan de Barse argued that overlapping regulatory requirements, from the EU's EUDR and CSRD to California's climate disclosure laws, increasingly ask companies for the same underlying supplier and compliance data, making a single unified data platform a competitive advantage. The BlackRock event, opened by Vice Chairman Gary Shedlin, examined how regulatory compliance infrastructure is becoming an investable category, with osapiens Co-CEOs Alberto Zamora and Jungblut and de Barse representing the company alongside investor Decarbonization Partners, the joint venture between BlackRock and Temasek.
osapiens also highlighted product developments including expanded supplier intelligence capabilities, its Agent Factory offering more than 20 configurable AI agents across its solution suites, and an upcoming osapiens HUB Store marketplace for regulatory content and templates. The company's Executive Council, including Colgate-Palmolive Chief Sustainability Officer Ann Tracy and Maersk Vice Chair Marc Engel, convened during the week to discuss AI's role in enterprise risk and compliance management.
