Quintas Energy, a provider of independent asset management services to the renewable energy sector, has selected Box as its Intelligent Content Management platform to support a broader 2026 digital transformation programme. The partnership is intended to strengthen the digital infrastructure underpinning management of the company's renewable energy portfolios, where contractual, technical, financial, regulatory and operational documentation must be coordinated across multiple stakeholders as portfolios grow in size and geographic reach.
Under the arrangement, Box will integrate with Quintas Energy's proprietary platform to capture, classify and govern business-critical documentation, connecting that content to the company's operational workflows. The stated aim is to accelerate client and asset onboarding processes that are typically slowed by high volumes of technical, financial and compliance documentation, alongside reducing manual coordination and improving data quality.

Box's platform is expected to support several capabilities as the partnership develops, including automating content-centric business processes through no-code apps, document generation and workflow tools; deploying AI agents and automated metadata extraction to reduce manual data entry; applying AI-powered security, content classification and long-term archival features intended to meet regulatory requirements; and building custom integrations using Box's developer tools and expanded API access. No specific figures for time savings, cost reduction, or portfolio scale were disclosed in connection with these capabilities.
Aida Durnes, chief operating officer at Quintas Energy, said the company views AI as a transformative enabler for asset management, but that its value depends on the quality, structure and governance of the underlying information, framing the partnership as building the digital foundations needed to unlock AI-driven insights across operations. Samantha Wessels, senior vice president and general manager for EMEA at Box, said the partnership was intended to help transform document management from a back-office function into a strategic capability connecting documentation, assets and operations.
