The Bharat Renewable Energy Summit & Expo 2026

The Bharat Renewable Energy Summit & Expo 2026 (BRE Summit 2026) is a four-day international renewable energy summit and exhibition taking place from 2 to 5 November 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, India. Organised by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, the summit builds on the legacy of the RE-INVEST series and expands its scope to cover renewable energy policy, investment, manufacturing, technology, innovation, supply chains, and international cooperation. It will be held alongside the 9th Session of the International Solar Alliance Assembly and the 4th International Conference on Green Hydrogen. The event is expected to attract participants from 75+ countries, with 400+ exhibitors, 500+ speakers, 80+ curated sessions, and 250+ high-level delegates.

Purpose and Objectives

The primary purpose of BRE Summit 2026 is to create a global platform for accelerating renewable energy deployment through investment, innovation, policy cooperation, technology development, and stronger supply chains. The summit aims to connect governments, industry, investors, researchers, and international institutions around the practical requirements for expanding clean energy systems and strengthening energy security. Its central theme is “Invest. Innovate. Inspire.”

Key Activities

The summit combines a large-scale exhibition with conference sessions, policy discussions, industry roundtables, investment engagement, and structured business meetings. The programme covers solar energy and global solar markets, energy storage and grid integration, wind and hybrid systems, green hydrogen, bioenergy, small hydropower, distributed renewable energy, clean energy manufacturing and supply chains, digitalisation and AI, investment and green financing, and skills and capacity building.
