Vivera started producing meat substitutes 30 years ago and has a lot of expertise and technologies to produce a wide range of products in its 3 production locations in The Netherlands. Most Vivera products are based on soy beans. However, there are also products based on chickpeas, pea and wheat proteins. Vivera products are high in protein and in most products vitamin B12 and iron is added.
