Wildberries, a leading digital marketplace across Eurasia, has unveiled a new online portal called RWB Participation. This platform offers users a transparent window into the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and invites them to actively participate in various charitable, social, and environmental projects.
Empowering Users to Support Verified Charities and Volunteer
The Charity section of RWB Participation showcases a selection of charitable foundations vetted by Wildberries. These organizations support diverse causes including aid for children, adults, and the elderly, animal welfare, environmental protection, and cultural programs. Users can contribute directly to these foundations, with Wildberries pledging to double user donations during the platform’s first month. Additionally, the portal provides opportunities for users to sign up for volunteer projects throughout Russia.

Wildberries Founder Highlights Community Impact
Tatyana Kim, founder of Wildberries, emphasized the platform’s role in consolidating the company’s sustainability efforts into a single accessible hub. “This project enables us to systematize our social and environmental initiatives in one place, ensuring transparent and accessible information about the company’s sustainability projects. More importantly, it unites the efforts of business, society, and foundations in socially significant and environmental projects, giving everyone the opportunity to easily contribute to charity, volunteering, and environmental care, as well as see the results of their involvement,” Kim said. She added, “I believe what matters is not how much you have, but how much you give to others.”
Strong Customer Interest in ESG and Charitable Initiatives
RWB Participation responds to growing enthusiasm among Wildberries’ customers for ESG and charity. According to a May 2025 survey by Wildberries, 79% of customers have engaged in charitable activities, with 42% actively involved and an additional 30% expressing a desire to start. More than half (55%) also reported taking steps to protect the environment.
