Normative, a Denmark-based leader in carbon accounting and net-zero solutions, has announced its acquisition of Eivee, a prominent carbon accounting provider. This strategic deal strengthens Normative's market presence across the Nordics, EU, and UK, while broadening its service portfolio to include larger corporations, particularly in Denmark and Europe.

As a pioneer in carbon accounting, Normative empowers businesses to track and report carbon emissions, meet compliance standards, and work towards sustainability goals. By acquiring Eivee, Normative aims to enhance its ability to support businesses in adhering to key regulations such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This collaboration will also streamline compliance with carbon reduction laws and reporting standards, making it easier for clients to address regulatory requirements.
