Measurabl, an ESG data management and software company for the commercial real estate sector, has signed a partnership with fintech platform Inveniam aimed at improving how sustainability data used to evaluate commercial real estate assets is structured and verified. The deal gives Measurabl's users access to Inveniam's AI-powered data infrastructure, intended to convert unstructured sustainability information currently scattered across leases, utility bills, compliance filings, engineering reports, loan documents and appraisals into verifiable data usable for asset evaluation.
The companies said sustainability data has become increasingly central to how commercial real estate assets are valued, financed, operated and managed, and framed the partnership as addressing demand for data that is verifiable, trusted, secure and connected across different sources. Measurabl said the collaboration would provide its users with better quality data, access to a broader range of sustainability-focused insights, enhanced governance, and improved ability to benchmark real estate assets and portfolio performance globally, alongside reduced manual data-handling work through automation.

The partnership builds on Measurabl's existing sustainability data covering more than 28 billion square feet of real estate across 97 countries and Inveniam's technology, which tracks more than $200 billion in credentialed private market assets. The companies also framed the collaboration around improving AI governance in real estate specifically, citing a figure that 96 percent of commercial real estate professionals use AI while more than half cite trust as a barrier to greater adoption; the source and methodology behind that statistic were not specified in the release.
