IIM Calcutta and TalentSprint To Launch Executive Programme in Corporate Sustainability

IIM Calcutta, in partnership with TalentSprint, has introduced an Executive Programme in Corporate Sustainability, designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into profitable business strategies.

With sustainability now a key driver of business strategy rather than just a regulatory requirement, companies are increasingly embedding it across their value chains. The International Labour Organization forecasts that the green economy could create nearly 100 million jobs worldwide by 2030, with India expected to add over 30 million sustainability-related roles in the next 25 years.

This 12-month programme offers working professionals hands-on experience through business simulations and real-world case studies. It prepares participants to lead in the evolving green economy, turning ESG from a compliance focus into a core business growth strategy.
