FPT and ZEBOX have entered a three-year strategic partnership to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions across transport and logistics, with a focus on efficiency, supply chain resilience and decarbonisation. The partnership will combine FPT’s capabilities in artificial intelligence, automation and digital transformation with ZEBOX’s transport and logistics network and its links to the CMA CGM ecosystem.
The collaboration will cover shipping, port operations, logistics, supply chain management and clean energy. Over the next three years, the partners plan to identify operational challenges within the CMA CGM ecosystem, develop proofs of concept, work with technology startups and support the wider deployment of selected solutions.

The first joint initiative will be the Challenge For Impacts Vietnam programme, due to launch in Ho Chi Minh City on 15 October 2026 with FPT, ZEBOX and CMA CGM Vietnam. The programme will bring startups and large companies together to work on operational challenges identified by CMA CGM Vietnam, particularly around system operations and port terminal optimisation.
The model is designed to shorten the path between identifying an operational problem and testing a solution in real-world conditions. ZEBOX will contribute industry knowledge, startup connections and access to transport and logistics companies, while FPT will provide AI, automation and implementation support.

Sustainability is one part of the partnership rather than a separately quantified programme. The companies said the aim is to develop solutions that can improve efficiency, strengthen supply chain resilience and support decarbonisation, but no emissions-reduction target or investment figure has been disclosed at this stage.
Pham Minh Tuan, FPT Software Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of FPT Corporation, said the partnership would combine FPT’s AI and automation capabilities with ZEBOX’s logistics expertise. Frédéric Guilleux, CEO of ZEBOX, said the collaboration is intended to help startups and corporations develop solutions around efficiency, resilience and environmental performance.
