Diginex has launched an enhanced supply chain due diligence platform designed to give companies visibility across multiple supplier tiers and a continuous record of identified risks, corrective actions and outcomes. The Nasdaq-listed sustainability and compliance software provider is positioning the offering for a supply chain sustainability software market that Verdantix forecasts will exceed $7 billion by 2029, growing at a 29 percent compound annual rate through the period.
The platform is designed to replace fragmented supplier information with a single system that maps suppliers across multiple tiers, compares company-reported information with worker-reported and third-party data, manages corrective action plans and keeps a traceable record from the initial risk finding through to resolution. Diginex says this approach is intended to help businesses move beyond simply identifying supplier risks and show what action was taken in response.
The launch comes as supply chain requirements are moving further into due diligence and product-level risk controls. Diginex pointed to measures including the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and the EU Forced Labour Regulation, which will restrict products made with forced labour from being placed on or exported from the EU market from December 2027. For companies with large international supplier networks, that increases the need to understand risks beyond direct suppliers and retain evidence of how those risks were investigated and addressed.

Diginex is also positioning the platform around operational benefits beyond regulatory compliance. By centralising supplier data and creating a documented due diligence trail, the company says customers can reduce manual work, strengthen accountability and potentially lower litigation exposure. The platform is also intended to support collaboration with suppliers when corrective action is required, rather than treating due diligence as a one-time screening exercise.
Archana Kotecha, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Diginex, said companies increasingly need a more complete view of where supply chain risks sit and what action is being taken. She said the platform is designed to connect risk identification with remediation and measurable outcomes. Diginex plans to continue developing the product based on customer research and priorities.
