Job Purpose

Drive Thermax’s sustainability and ESG agenda through carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2 & 3), resource efficiency, circular economy initiatives, and sustainability reporting. Ensure compliance with global ESG frameworks (BRSR, GRI, CDP, TCFD, DJSI, EcoVadis) and integrate sustainability across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead carbon footprint assessment, net-zero roadmap, and renewable energy initiatives.
• Drive water balance studies, waste reduction, and circular economy programs.
• Manage ESG reporting, disclosures, and compliance with statutory and global frameworks.
• Collaborate with sourcing for supply chain sustainability and sustainable procurement.
• Conduct climate and biodiversity risk assessments and aspect-impact studies.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance ESG performance.
