Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Sustainability Manager to join a high-profile contract based in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of sustainability plans aligned to client and contract objectives
- Monitor KPIs, targets, and performance—driving continuous improvement
- Manage and maintain ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS), including audits and compliance
- Track, analyse, and report sustainability performance data and insights
- Support the client in achieving and maintaining ISO 14001 accreditation
- Drive environmental initiatives across waste, energy, and carbon reduction
- Deliver social value programmes including community engagement and local employment initiatives
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, including working with integrators
- Engage operational teams to embed sustainability into day-to-day delivery
About You
We’re looking for someone who is driven, analytical, and confident in a client-facing environment.
Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering sustainability programmes within FM or similar environments
Strong experience managing ISO 14001 systems (essential)
Background in carbon reporting, environmental data analysis, and sustainability reporting frameworks
Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple levels
Solid understanding of environmental legislation and compliance
Experience working with sustainability metrics including waste, energy, and carbon
Knowledge of Social Value, TOMs, and the Social Value Model
ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
