Position summary

Levy, the venue and hospitality partner within Compass Group, is hiring a Sustainability Insights Solution Manager to join its E15 Insights team. The role turns complex sustainability data into business insight, building data-driven tools and dashboards that help Levy measure its impact and put climate, nature, and social value at the heart of how it operates across stadia, arenas, and major events.

Why this role matters

Venues and events generate significant carbon, food, waste, and packaging impacts, and credible measurement is what allows those impacts to be managed and communicated to clients. Establishing consistent data standards, automating reporting, and translating sustainability metrics into decisions is how Levy evidences progress, wins and retains business, and delivers on its environmental and social commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Own sustainability dashboards by developing performance measurement tools across carbon emissions, food-related impacts, waste, packaging, and sourcing.
• Act as the data hub by establishing definitions, standards, and measurement methodologies that support consistent, credible reporting.
• Automate reporting by identifying opportunities to reduce manual processes and incorporate new sustainability data sources.
• Translate data into insight by highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities and supporting scenario modelling and impact assessments.
• Build social value analytics by leading reporting frameworks for community engagement, employability, diversity and inclusion, and charitable partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions by owning products from planning and design through release and ongoing management alongside the E15 Insights team.

Team and stakeholders

The role sits within E15 Insights and partners with Levy's sustainability leadership, the E15 Insights Solutions team, and internal and external partners across sports stadia, arenas, theatres, and events to improve data quality, governance, and reporting.

Key details

• Full-time, permanent role based in London.
• Part of E15 Insights within Levy, a Compass Group business.
• Salary of £50,000 plus bonus and full company benefits.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI, Power Query, data visualisation, and dashboard development.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to communicate complex sustainability concepts and technical metrics simply and engagingly.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and commercial awareness of how data creates business value.
• Desirable: experience with sustainability, ESG, environmental, or social impact datasets; knowledge of sustainability reporting methodologies and frameworks; familiarity with Databricks, SQL, or Power Automate.
