GOLDBECK Services GmbH consolidates our services for the operational phase. In the area of ​​Sustainability Consulting, we develop and implement customized sustainability strategies for real estate portfolios for and with our clients.

• Provision of energy consulting services and development of sustainability strategies (focus on energy optimization to achieve climate protection goals)
• Funding advice
• Conducting thermal building simulations & energy audits
• Joint further development of consulting services within our Sustainability Consulting team

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of construction, real estate management or industrial engineering or comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on the environment and sustainability.
• Professional experience in one of the areas of energy-efficient and sustainable planning, construction or operation of real estate is desirable.
• Training as an energy efficiency expert (EEE) is advantageous
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Enthusiasm for the complex of topics of sustainability and climate protection
