Position summary
Red Bull UK is hiring a Sustainability Analyst in London to own sustainability data across the UK business. This data-first role builds and manages datasets across carbon, packaging and wider sustainability topics, bringing together information from systems, suppliers and internal teams to produce accurate, audit-ready outputs the business can trust.

Key responsibilities
- Manage sustainability data across carbon, packaging and wider topics, consolidating inputs from systems, suppliers and teams.
- Support carbon accounting and modelling to turn complex, imperfect data into clear, audit-ready outputs.
- Improve processes and support projects that strengthen reporting logic and data quality.
- Manage stakeholders across internal teams and suppliers to source and validate data.

Works across the UK business, drawing data from internal systems, suppliers and multiple internal teams, and partnering with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting.

- Data-first role requiring strong capability with large datasets, data structure, reporting logic and analytics using Excel, SQL and Python.
- Focused on producing audit-ready outputs and maintaining clear documentation of methodologies and assumptions.
Requirements
- Experience in a data-focused role managing and improving datasets, and confident with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong understanding of how data moves through systems and processes, able to spot inconsistencies and improve data quality.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong technical data capability, able to clean, validate and structure data accurately.
- Proven experience using SQL, Python or another programming language to transform, automate and analyse data.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI (or similar) reports from scratch.
- Able to create and maintain clear documentation of methodologies, assumptions and calculations.
- Experience in sustainability, carbon, environmental reporting or compliance is beneficial.
- Curious, analytical, organised and a clear communicator across teams.
