Your Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage consulting projects across the entire climate journey of our clients.
• Prepare greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories in accordance with the GHG Protocol (Scopes 1–3) and define science-based reduction targets in line with SBTi requirements.
• Develop practical decarbonization measures and transition plans, and support their implementation.
• Assist clients with ESG and CDP reporting and help them prepare for current regulatory requirements (including CSRD/ESRS and CBAM).
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging market trends, bringing new ideas and insights into our consulting services.
• Support the Sales team in acquiring new clients and building long-term customer relationships.
• What You Bring
• A completed university degree and 3–5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability/climate consulting or a comparable in-house role.
• Strong knowledge of the GHG Protocol, SBTi methodology, and ideally experience with CDP reporting.
• Proven success in (multi-)project management and building successful client relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present project outcomes convincingly to clients.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset; experience with ESG software (e.g., Carbon+Alt+Delete) or BI/analytics tools is advantageous.
• A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive, constructive attitude.
