Position summary
The LEGO Group is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Senior Manager to join its Nature Impacts team. The primary responsibility is to act as an expert on global data collection and analytics development and to oversee reporting responsibilities for LEGO's Nature topics: water, waste, pollution, and biodiversity. You will support the goal of better understanding LEGO's environmental effects and help create predictive analytics, dashboarding, and target setting, while ensuring accurate and auditable voluntary and compliance-based reporting for Nature topics.

This role gives the LEGO Group the environmental data, analytics, and reporting it needs to understand its impacts on nature and hit its sustainability ambitions. By building predictive analytics and dashboards, managing CDP Water and Forestry reporting, and contributing to CSRD and other compliance reporting, the Senior Manager turns nature data into decisions across the global value chain.
Key responsibilities
- Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant sustainability data across environmental factors (excluding carbon) to promote sustainability practices and identify areas of improvement throughout the global value chain.
- Reporting and visualization: Generate comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualization tools to communicate insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Analytics strategy: Develop and implement data analytics strategies and methodologies, including controls to ensure compliance with relevant sustainability regulations and standards.
- Compliance reporting: Oversee and manage the CDP report for Water and Forestry and contribute to CSRD and other compliance-based reporting with the team of experts.
- KPIs and benchmarks: Collaborate with teams to identify key performance indicators and establish benchmarks for sustainability metrics.
- Systems: Identify IT systems and tools vital to global objectives, collaborating with internal and external digital teams to develop and maintain them.
Team and stakeholders
The Nature Impacts team sits within the core LEGO Group Sustainability department, and the role works with internal and external digital teams and collaborators at all levels, operating across the Nature agenda, Corporate Reporting, and Predictive Analytics.
Key details
- Work arrangement: Hybrid, averaging 3 days per week in the office; assigned a primary workplace location. No relocation assistance is offered.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, in business, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
- Environmental data analytics compilation in one or more sectors such as chemicals, machinery, packaging, logistics, construction products, or electronics/tech.
- Ability to produce reports (screening-level and ISO-conformant, comparative and non-comparative) and presentations based on environmental data.
- Experience reporting against large external platforms (e.g. CSRD, CDP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and a proactive approach to improvement; proficient in written and verbal English.
