Position summary
Oracle's Global Sustainability Office is seeking a Program Management Director of Sustainability Reporting & Engagement, a strategic leader to oversee external sustainability communications, regulatory and voluntary reporting and disclosures, and internal employee engagement programs. You will provide visionary leadership, manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, and drive Oracle's sustainability disclosures and communications in alignment with corporate growth and global regulatory trends.

By leading reporting, stakeholder engagement, and change management, you help embed sustainability across Oracle's business functions and align its initiatives with business strategy and evolving regulation.
Key responsibilities
- Team leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire a team responsible for the strategic direction and execution of Oracle's sustainability reporting, external disclosures and communications, employee engagement, and business enablement.
- Disclosures: Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant voluntary (CDP, GRI, TCFD) and regulatory (ESRS/CSRD) disclosures, ensuring audit readiness and stakeholder alignment.
- Stakeholder relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, industry groups, regulators, and sustainability partners, representing Oracle's sustainability progress and commitments.
- Engagement and training: Guide the development and execution of internal engagement and training programs to build adoption of sustainability best practices across all lines of business.
- Cross-functional messaging: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent, credible sustainability messaging and customer-facing materials.
- Trends and change: Monitor and interpret emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and standards, translate them into strategy, and drive organizational change to embed sustainability across the business.
- Platforms and data: Oversee adoption and optimization of enterprise sustainability platforms (for example Oracle Fusion Cloud for Sustainability) for data governance, collection, and validation.
- People development: Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and development pathways, and support recruitment, onboarding, and training to grow the team.
Team and stakeholders
You will lead a multidisciplinary team within Oracle's Global Sustainability Office and partner with sales, marketing, and product teams, executive leadership, customers, industry groups, regulators, and sustainability partners.

- Location requirement: Based in Nashville, TN; candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to Nashville.
- Compensation: US hiring range of $146,300 to $306,400 per year, with possible bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
- Career level: M4.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, communications, public relations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 to 5 years leading teams in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility roles within large, global organizations.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise-level sustainability reporting and disclosures, navigating frameworks such as ESRS/CSRD, CDP, GRI, TCFD, and the GHG Protocol.
- Proven experience managing external stakeholder relationships and engaging executive leadership.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
- A track record of strategic program management, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Preferred: experience with voluntary carbon markets and environmental commodities; expertise in reporting software (Oracle EPM, SAP Sustainability, Workiva); advanced data analytics and visualization; and background in employee engagement, enablement, learning and development, or sales/business development.
