Reporting Directly To The Product Management Director, You Will
- Scout the market to capture emerging Sustainability trends, initiatives and regulations, benchmarking them against internal and industry practices
- Drive the Sustainability Roadmap across all Transmission products (HVDC, submarine HVAC, submarine Telecom, Installation services)
- Ensure sustainability proposition is implemented and spread across the whole product portfolio to meet market requirements
- Promote Sustainable solutions during the pre-ITT/FEED stages and develop the way to market of Prysmian Sustainability initiatives, in collaboration with the other Product Managers
You Will Oversee
- Including sustainable developments across all Transmission technology roadmaps (HVDC, submarine HVAC, submarine Telecom, Installation services), aiming to reduce the renewables “green-premium” costs and searching for solutions with high impact on avoided emissions
- Monitoring the market, gathering Data, performing Competitive Analysis and benchmarking among sustainability performance (carbon, social and biodiversity)
- Engaging with Customers during pre-ITT/FEED stages to present the Company sustainability offering
- Preparing techno-economical analysis for different sustainability solutions
- Representing Prysmian and BU Transmission in cable associations driving sector/industry position towards EU-sustainability emerging law implementation
- Guiding internal Stakeholders in identifying R&D sustainability projects aligned to the Company strategy
- Providing product & pricing information to Sales Managers
- Conveying relevant market data & competitive analysis to the whole Organization
You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- 3 years of experience in sustainability management, environmental consulting, or a related field. Appreciated experience in running sustainability audits.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, Engineering or related disciplines. A specialization/Master in Environmental Science and Sustainability topics is a plus
- Good understanding of sustainability-related topics (focus in carbon footprint, LCA, circular economy), sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, PAS 2080, etc.).
- Business and Marketing skills (macroeconomics, cost/price structures, financial metrics)
- Brilliant presentation skills and intimacy with customers
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
- Availability to travel (1 week/month)
What We Offer
- Type of contract: Permanent Full time
- Location: Milan
- Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.
- Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.
- Gross annual salary no less than: € 45.000
- The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives
