Position summary
Amazon Web Services is hiring a Product Manager - Compliance Digital Tools within AWS Environmental (part of AWS Infrastructure Services), based in the UK. The role owns the full lifecycle of environmental compliance digital tools, translating business needs into technical solutions that meet AWS environmental and compliance objectives across its global data-center infrastructure.

Key responsibilities
- Own the tool lifecycle from requirements gathering and system design through configuration, integration, deployment and support.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions that meet AWS environmental and compliance objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders internally and externally to navigate ambiguity, define processes and secure alignment.
- Administer and innovate systems as system admin, championing solutions across established and emerging architectures.
- Drive change management through structured training and onboarding so teams adopt new tools effectively.
- Build system expertise in business logic and architecture to resolve customer problems quickly.
Team and stakeholders
Part of AWS Environmental within AWS Infrastructure Services, collaborating across software, hardware, network engineers, supply chain, security and operations, and presenting to senior leadership.

Requirements
Essential
- Experience in customer-facing product development and product management (defining, launching and optimising products and services).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience delivering software products and features using agile methodologies.
- Experience in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field.
Preferred
- Knowledge of agile product development and lifecycle management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritising deliverables.
- Experience with environmental regulations.
