Job Description

Position summary

PVH Corp., the brand group behind Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, is hiring a Manager, ESG Reporting Governance in New York to serve as operational lead and subject-matter expert for its voluntary and regulatory ESG reporting. Within Corporate Responsibility, the role translates evolving standards, regulations, and rater methodologies into clear reporting requirements, governance, controls, and scalable operating processes.

Why this role matters

ESG reporting standards, regulations, and rater methodologies are multiplying, and inconsistent disclosure carries real regulatory and reputational risk. Owning the governance, controls, and technical direction behind PVH's reporting is what keeps its voluntary and regulatory disclosures credible, assurance-ready, and aligned with evolving expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as reporting expert by maintaining an integrated inventory of applicable standards, regulations, rater methodologies, target KPIs, and material topics.
  • Monitor and interpret standards by assessing changes in ESG reporting standards and legislation with Legal, Finance, and regional teams and recommending reporting positions.
  • Manage the operating model by owning the annual ESG reporting requirements architecture, governance forums, RACI, and escalation pathways.
  • Lead reporting readiness by defining ESG data requirements, evidence expectations, and review procedures and confirming readiness with data owners.
  • Deliver disclosures by owning requirement interpretation and data quality for the CR Report, ratings submissions, and climate/ESG regulations such as ESRS/CSRD.
  • Manage rater relationships by serving as day-to-day relationship manager for priority ESG raters and frameworks, including ISS, and owning SOPs, controls, and reporting technology requirements such as Workiva.

Team and stakeholders

The role sits in PVH's Sustainability Governance and ESG Reporting function, reports to the Director, provides technical direction to the ESG Reporting Project Management Specialist, and partners with Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, the ESG Controller, assurance providers, IT, and external raters.

Key details

  • Based in New York City; hybrid, four days onsite Monday to Thursday.
  • Salary of $104,500 to $141,200, bonus eligible.
  • Part of PVH's Corporate Responsibility organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including ownership of complex cross-functional reporting operations in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with regulatory ESG disclosures, external rater/ranker engagement, audit/assurance, or controls strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's or ESG/accounting/audit credentials a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of voluntary ESG frameworks (GRI, ISSB/SASB, TCFD) and the global regulatory ESG reporting landscape.
  • Ability to translate standards and methodologies into operational requirements, controls, and recommendations, and to design ESG reporting governance, SOPs, and RACI models.
  • Strong program governance, analytical judgment, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience defining business requirements for ESG reporting or content management systems; Workiva preferred.
