  • Policies and audits: Work with EHS leads to create policies, procedures, and work instructions for audits, core ISO standards, and corrective action plans, reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • ISO activities: Coordinate, schedule, and lead required ISO activities, including implementation committees, management reviews, and internal and external audits, and respond to Sony Group Corporation inquiries.
  • Reporting and corrective actions: Prepare ISO system annual reports for upper management and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Sustainability initiatives: Partner with Facilities to identify and monitor energy-related programs, and research, evaluate, and recommend sustainability opportunities across energy, waste, water, and other environmental programs, tracking progress against baselines.
  • Environmental compliance: Support environmental compliance and regulatory reporting by coordinating data collection, maintaining documentation, and preparing federal, state, and local submissions, and assist with employee engagement activities.

Team and stakeholders

You will work with EHS leads, the Facilities team, upper management, third-party audit entities, regulatory agencies, and Sony Group Corporation.
