For BCC Banca Iccrea , within the Sustainability Steering Unit – part of the Chief Financial Officer Area – we are seeking an ESG Strategy Specialist who will participate in the process of defining and monitoring the organization's sustainability strategies and objectives, support the integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) factors into business processes, contribute to the management of projects with regulatory and supervisory relevance, oversee the processes of assigning and updating  ESG ratings, and collaborate in the collection of information and data for the preparation of sustainability reporting and any other voluntary ESG disclosures within the Group's ESG framework.

These are the main activities in which the resource will be involved:

• Contribute to the development of the Sustainability Plan and the reporting of sustainability initiatives to corporate bodies ;
• Contributes to the definition of strategic directions in the social sphere and to the definition of the impact measurement framework;
• Collaborate in the Dual Relevance Analysis and stakeholder engagement process;
• Participates in the data collection and consolidation process for preparing the Sustainability Reporting (CSRD) and additional sustainability information to support the Group's various ESG disclosures;
• Participates in the ESG Rating attribution and updating process ;

Requirements to submit your application:

• Master's Degree in one of the following fields:
• Business Economics
• Economy and Commerce
• Management Engineering
• Administrative and Organizational Sciences
• Economic Sciences

Previous experience :

• Specialized academic path in sustainability
• At least 1-2 years of ESG work experience

The profile is completed by :

• knowledge of new regulatory frameworks on ESG matters (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR, ECB/Bank of Italy regulatory supervision regulations, EBA guidelines);
• knowledge of the main banking and/or financial processes;
• knowledge of Project Management activities;
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Knowledge of the Tagetik platform;
• Proficiency in using IT platforms/applications;
• Problem solving; Analysis; Communication; Teamwork; Results orientation; Initiative; Autonomy;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Work location: ROME

Weekly working hours: 37 hours
