Our global ESG department is responsible for the worldwide management of all relevant ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) topics. As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced candidate with a focus on climate strategy and ESG reporting to join us as soon as possible.

Here you can make a difference:
- You will be responsible for the further development of our global carbon accounting in accordance with the GHG Protocol and will support our SBTi objectives.
- You will implement and optimize our ESG and climate reporting in accordance with CSRD, ESRS and EU taxonomy.
- You coordinate our ESG ratings (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP) and ensure a structured, consistent data foundation.
- You prepare decision-making documents and management presentations for the global leadership team.
- Additionally, you will provide occasional support for internal and external ESG communication measures.
This is how you will impress:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in ESG or sustainability management – ideally in an international corporate environment or in a consultancy with an ESG focus.
- You have sound knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting according to the GHG Protocol and the SBTi target.
- Ideally, you have already actively managed or supported ESG ratings such as EcoVadis or CDP.
- You work in a structured, data-driven manner and possess strong reporting and analysis skills.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and prepare complex content in a way that is appropriate for the target audience of management.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- You work independently, but also enjoy working in a team – with flexibility, organizational talent and a clear focus on the essentials.
