Qualifications

We're looking forward to it.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of environmental engineering, sustainable management, industrial engineering, environmental engineering or in a comparable field with a focus on energy, environment or sustainability, preferably also with a doctorate.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in environmental management or sustainability consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience with environmental management systems (e.g. according to ISO 14001 or EMAS), ideally also with energy management systems (ISO 50001).
• Basic knowledge in the area of ​​environmental compliance and reporting obligations (e.g. waste, water, emissions).       
• Familiarity with current and upcoming EU regulations on sustainability (e.g. ESRS, ESPR, EU Taxonomy).
• Knowledge of preparing and conducting audits (EMAS, ISO or similar), and corresponding certification would be advantageous.
• Experience in process-oriented working methods (e.g., product development, quality or production processes) is an advantage.
• Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially for supporting workshops and successful project execution.
• Passion for the topic of sustainability and its implementation in various areas, and a high level of technical affinity.
