• Lead negotiations by closing impactful deals aligned with business objectives.
• Build partnerships that strengthen market position and own end-to-end delivery of a major revenue-diversifying initiative.
• Mentor the team by guiding junior sales members and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Influence strategy by shaping department and cross-functional priorities, representing the function to senior stakeholders, and building mitigation for commercial and reputational risk into planning.
