Key responsibilities
- Lead ESG investor relations by supporting the Group’s financial and regulated publications, developing CSR themes, and managing relationships with sell-side analysts and ESG investors.
- Build extra-financial materials including synthesis sheets and other ESG presentations, and enrich the Hermès finance website.
- Organize ESG events including ESG roadshows.
- Monitor extra-financial regulation (ESRS, AMF, AFEP-MEDEF, Euronext, IFRS) and produce benchmarks and market-watch syntheses, integrating best practice and market expectations into reporting.
- Manage ESG ratings by optimizing Hermès’s extra-financial perception, drafting responses to questionnaires (Sustainalytics, ISS ESG, MSCI, S&P ESG), tracking results, identifying improvement areas, running gap analyses, and optimizing use of AI tools.
- Support the AGM by helping prepare ESG materials for the shareholders’ Annual General Meeting, structuring relationships with proxies, and contributing to governance roadshow preparation.
Team and stakeholders
You will sit within the Investor Relations & Financial Communication Department, working with sell-side analysts, ESG investors, extra-financial ratings agencies, proxies, and internal stakeholders across the Group.
Key details

- Good knowledge of CSR issues and their regulation, with a strong interest in ESG.
- Experience in consulting, banking, broker, or issuer roles in CSR or extra-financial topics.
- Proficiency with the Office suite and AI tools.
