Water in Industry 2026

Water in Industry 2026, also referred to as WIN 2026, is a six-day industrial water management event taking place from 27 June to 3 July 2026 in Delft, the Netherlands. It is hosted by Delft University of Technology in cooperation with the Royal Water Association of The Netherlands and is built around the theme “Balancing water demand to enhance availability and quality – From Science to Implementation.” The event focuses on advancing industrial water management through scientific exchange, practical implementation, and cross-sector collaboration.

Purpose and Objectives

The primary purpose of WIN 2026 is to advance industrial water management by connecting science, technology, and practice. The event is designed to help participants explore innovative research, technological solutions, circular water approaches, and water-saving strategies that address pressing challenges in industrial water use and quality.

Key Activities

The programme includes scientific sessions, thematic sessions, poster presentations, community sessions, interactive workshops, satellite courses, and field excursions and site visits focused on industrial water solutions. The event also places special emphasis on Young Water Professionals, while daily coffee breaks, lunches, side events, and informal gatherings are built into the schedule to support networking and collaboration.
