Climate Futures APAC Summit 2027 (CFAS2027): Organised by Beyond Events, Climate Futures APAC Summit 2027 will take place on 23–24 June 2027 at Avani+ Riverside Bangkok, Thailand. Positioned as APAC’s market-shaping carbon and climate summit, the event will bring together 1,000+ attendees, 150+ executive speakers, and 80+ sponsors and partners, with 85% of participants expected to be at director level or above. Under the focus of moving “from policy to action,” CFAS2027 connects governments, companies, carbon buyers, capital providers, project developers and market specialists to examine how rapidly changing carbon rules are becoming commercial realities across Asia-Pacific.
The purpose of CFAS2027 is to help organisations understand and respond to the commercial implications of a rapidly changing carbon market environment. With developments around CBAM, CORSIA, Article 6 authorisations and corresponding adjustments, corporate net-zero standards, and greater scrutiny of carbon and climate claims, the summit focuses on the practical decisions companies and investors now need to make. It aims to help participants protect market access and margins, strengthen emissions and product data, assess the transferability and value of carbon credits, improve pricing and risk decisions, build defensible procurement strategies, and turn credible carbon projects into investable supply.
Across two days, CFAS2027 will deliver four integrated programmes, including the Strategic Summit, APAC CORSIA Forum, APAC CDR Forum, and focused labs and workshops. Discussions will examine carbon pricing, eligible supply, market liquidity, cross-border transferability, host-country authorisations, corresponding adjustments, climate claims, carbon removal, aviation decarbonisation and project finance. Participants will also explore how buyers, lenders, insurers and investors assess carbon assets and project economics, while extensive networking creates opportunities to connect with policymakers, regulators, corporate buyers, financiers and developers active across APAC carbon markets.
CFAS2027 comes at a pivotal point for carbon markets in Asia-Pacific, as regulatory frameworks increasingly move from voluntary ambition into operating and commercial requirements. Carbon costs, disclosure obligations, eligible credit supply and climate claims are beginning to influence procurement decisions, international trade, access to finance and project economics. Hosted in Bangkok at the heart of ASEAN, the summit provides a regional meeting point where developed and emerging markets can examine how these shifts affect businesses and investment across APAC.
Participants are expected to leave with greater clarity on how evolving carbon rules affect their organisations, stronger evidence for investment and procurement decisions, and a better understanding of which carbon assets, claims and projects can withstand regulatory and market scrutiny. The summit is designed to help attendees de-risk decisions, validate opportunities, identify investable projects and build the partnerships required to act confidently as Asia-Pacific’s carbon markets mature.
