The curriculum covers ESG fundamentals, sustainability trends, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, consumer behaviour, regulatory developments, ESG standards, risk management, sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, ESG ratings, sustainability marketing, change management, organisational resilience, conflict resolution, and ESG reporting. Learners work with frameworks and standards including GRI, ISSB, ISO 26000, ISO 14064-1, ISO 50001, ISO 22301, ISO 37001, CSRD, and SGX reporting requirements, alongside Singaporean, German, and European climate policies.

Key Skills

Participants will develop the ability to assess organisational sustainability needs, establish SMART sustainability objectives, identify ESG risks and opportunities, and develop sustainability strategies across environmental, social, and governance areas. The programme also builds skills in ESG reporting, materiality assessment, stakeholder engagement, ESG scoring, sustainability communication, change management, conflict resolution, organisational resilience, and preventing greenwashing.
